Hi, I'm Josefien. I love my family, coffee, dogs and cats, walking, reading and... making candles. One day I bought a DIY package and that was the start of On Cloud Nine Candles!

The nice thing about making candles is that you can be creative and get out of your head for a while. That's why I really enjoy doing it and I like to make candles for you. In addition to all kinds of candle shapes that look nice all year round, I also make candles for the holidays such as Halloween and Christmas and a scented candle. A DIY package was just added, so that you can also experience candle making yourself. But if you don't feel like that, you can of course just order one of the nice candles from the website. Because I think it is important to take the environment into account, I did not want to work with paraffin. In addition, when you burn the candles, it is also healthier to choose a different type of wax. I chose it because of the various benefits of soy wax.

I also look at what environmentally friendly choices I can make. The boxes ( if they do not have printing) in which the raw materials arrive, are used as the soil of an organic food forest under construction. To protect the candles during shipping, I use recycled bubble plastic. With every choice we make I think about how it can be as environmentally friendly as possible. So that you can enjoy beautiful candles and ambiance in your home with the least possible impact on the environment.
